James Langteau

Dr. James D. Langteau is Director of Education for Empower International. He formerly served as a consultant with WBT SIL- International, and also as a faculty member at Payap University. Previously he founded the Marinette-Menominee Jail Outreach, Inc and led it for eight years as the first executive director, before moving his family to the foreign mission field in 2014. He earned a master degree in discipleship ministries from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and he earned a doctoral degree in educational leadership from Liberty University Graduate School of Education. Dr. Langteau is married and has seven children and two grandchildren.
